Now I am looking for a healthy food only...breakfast just take oat ...lunch time take vegetables & protein and in the evening I just take soup or fruit....really hard for the first time. ..but now....I feel happy and hope can continue this diet until I'm older hahah...my target is when I already 40 years old .im still looking young and gorgeous hehehe so need to start now :-)

Today already days 82...but we sill never get any latest news about MH 360...where the flight landed?its that true its crash in Indian ocean? this is the question in our mind.....we just can ask..keep asking & many question in our mind...whether it will be silent only after this?we don't know....far away from bottom of my hearth...i still hope they will be save.....keep prayers guys.....Allah know why this all happen in our country.....

I never feel the loss of family member....Hmmm.... don't know how face it. But now one of my family member  diagnosed with cancer...I just pray & hope he will be fine & happy as always...keep positive & positive thing will come....In Shaa ALLAH Amin.....

Al-fatihah....The Sultan of Perak, Sultan Azlan Shah, 86, died at 1:30 pm yesterday and his funeral will be buried in the Royal Mausoleum Kuala Kangsar after Asr prayers today.
Deceased will be taken to Balairong Seri Palace Alexandria, Kuala Kangsar to pay their last respects.
He who ruled for three decades since the Silver enthroned on February 3, 1984 passed away at the National Heart Institute (IJN) in Kuala Lumpur.
